Italiano Xmas Lights

Anyone who goes to Little Italy will see the lights hanging from the blocks of buildings. Why not bring those to Dallas and hang similar ones for Christmas along the shopping area of Lovers Lane so that the merriness will spread?! An idea to work on. . .
